Overall location just off the top of Duval St. This area is the heart of Key West. Best location for all water sports and attractions, restaurants and bars and all entertainment. Yes, Pier South Resort, Autograph Collection has free Wi-Fi available to hotel guests. It was in such a good location close to the tourist attraction, and the large parking space and the entire facility were satisfactory. Loved the resort and all they had to offer, and close to everything walking distance was just blocks.

The staff was friendly, the accommodation comfortable (especially the beds!), secured parking and a central location. The pool and the surrounding area looked tempting, but unfortunately we didn't get to try it.

Our room was spacious, and we appreciated all the dresser drawers and counter space for our belongings. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. We appreciated being able to check in early and check out late. 2,600 square feet ofevent space are available for conferences, meetings, or receptions, and as suchweddings are a frequent occurrence here. Elegant dining is available in the hotel's One Duval restaurant, offeringlocal organic fare for dinner and a delicious Key lime Pie.

We appreciated that we were both right at the hub of Key West, and that Pier House felt cozy and separate from the hubbub. The resort was gorgeous--the landscaping was lush and beautiful. We loved having private beach access, beach loungers, the warm pool, the fitness center, the hot tub.

This property was highly rated for its very comfy beds. I stayed at Pier House 20 years ago at the recommendation of a colleague. I was traveling w my adult daughter this time and wanted to stay somewhere safe and private and clean and I knew I could count on Pier House. Interior noise can be a problem at times, but the hotelis generally peaceful.
